This page is a provisional summary of how Astral Studio handles your data and the data of the people whose reports you generate.
Terms of use
The full terms are being prepared. In the meantime the service is offered as is: you buy credits, generate reports and use them under your own professional responsibility.
Professional’s data
We store your name, your email, your encrypted password, your brand identity and the credit history needed to provide the service.
Your clients’ data
Birth and contact data of end clients are entered by the professional, who decides what is stored and for how long. Astral Studio processes them only to compute and write the reports that professional requests, and neither shares them with third parties nor uses them for any other purpose.
Export and delete
From your account you can download a copy of your data and delete the account together with your clients, reports and appointments. The credit history is kept as an accounting record.
